You are invited to submit a 300-500 words Abstract by 5th of March. See Online Forms for more information and procedure. Note that you must be registered and logged in the system in order to submit a paper.

Instruction for authors can be found on the conference web site.

After review by the Scientific Committee, you will be informed about acceptance.

All accepted lectures and posters will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be available at the registration desk.

A selection of papers will be considered for publication in a special issue of the International Journal of Food Microbiology after the conference.
